Our manufacturing support covers stainless steel, titanium and titanium alloys, cobalt-based alloys, cobalt-chromium-molybdenum alloys, tantalum materials, and Nitinol / NiTi alloy in plates, tubes, bars, wires, titanium round discs, titanium square plates, and custom sizes.

Custom Manufacturing Support for Metal Material Projects
High-performance metal material projects often require more than standard stock supply. Customers may need customized tolerances, specific lengths or widths, non-standard dimensions, CNC pre-machining, dimensional control, heat treatment, surface control, material marking, or customized packaging.
Our manufacturing services are designed to help customers reduce secondary processing, improve production efficiency, and receive materials that better match their drawings, machining processes, and application requirements.


Customized Tolerances
We can provide customised tolerance support for plates, tubes, bars and wire, based on material grades, dimensional ranges, production conditions and project requirements.
For precision applications, tolerance grades such as h6–h9 can be discussed on a case-by-case basis. The final achievable tolerance capabilities must be confirmed in conjunction with the material form, specific dimensions, machining process and required delivery condition.
Custom Length and Width
We can supply materials in custom lengths and widths, or cut to specific dimensions as required. This helps to minimise material waste and improve efficiency in subsequent machining, manufacturing and production preparation.
